COVID UPDATE Effective march 30, 2022
PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT
1.) We ask that you wear a mask during your interaction with our staff. It is not a requirement; it is highly recommended. We are all wearing masks 100% of the time in order to protect our fellow team members, as well as our clients. We would appreciate if you did the same.
If you are medically exempt or unable to wear a mask, please let us know, so we can perform all necessary procedures over the phone and/or computer.
2.) In order for us to stay on time with appointments, it is extremely important that all pets are accompanied with the necessary paperwork when arriving. Please follow our PATIENT RESOURCES tab for access to all necessary documents. It is crucial that all paperwork have the phone number in which we are to use to contact you. Pets that arrive without the necessary paperwork, will experience a delay in their pet being admitted to the hospital.
3.) All visits need to be scheduled in advance. We are not able to accommodate walk-ins or visits without an appointment at this time.

We will not be able to come inside your vehicle.
