Please understand wait times may be longer due to the nature of curbside care. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we navigate this ever-changing obstacle.

If you or anyone in your house has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or is currently exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your pet's visit until you are well. If your pet MUST be seen, please make alternate arrangements such as having a friend or neighbor that is authorized to make medical decisions and payment bring your pet in.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT

1.) We ask that you wear a mask during your interaction with our staff. We are all wearing masks 100% of the time in order to protect our fellow team members, as well as our clients. Please do the same.
If you are medically exempt or unable to wear a mask, please let us know, so we can preform all necessary procedures over the phone and/or computer.

2.) In order for us to stay on time with appointments, it is extremely important that all pets are accompanied with the necessary paperwork when arriving. Please follow our PATIENT RESOURCES tab for access to all necessary documents. It is crucial that all paperwork have the phone number in which we are to use to contact you. Pets that arrive without the necessary paperwork, will experience a delay in their pet being admitted to the hospital.

3.) All visits need to be scheduled in advance. We are not able to accommodate walk-ins or visits without an appointment at this time.
PATIENT RESOURCES

when you arrive

1.) Please stay in your vehicle! While we work on our parking lot and building updates, we ask that anyone dropping a pet off park in the BACK of the building. Anyone whose pet has a waiting appointment, and anyone paying or picking up, please park in the FRONT of the building.

2.) Our parking spots are numbered. On each sign - there is a phone number for you to TEXT a staff member. We will need: your name, your pet's name, and what spot you are parked in. The more information you give - the faster we will be able to assist you.

3.) Please wait for a staff member to come to your vehicle to collect your pet. For liability reasons, we ask that you put one of our leashes on your dog before releasing them from your vehicle (we will provide). We ask that you then hand your pet off to our staff. We will not be able to come inside your vehicle.

4.) All dogs MUST be on a leash. All cats MUST be in a carrier. We will not be able to take a cat from your arms without a carrier. If your pet is known to be aggressive or needs to wear a muzzle, we ask that you warn us ahead of time, so we can be prepared.

5.) We are practicing social distancing! Please maintain a 6ft distance at all times.

during your visit

1.) Our doctors will be in contact with you exclusively over the telephone. Please be sure to give us the best contact information and have your phone readily available to receive their call.

2.) When your pet's visit is complete you will receive a call from the doctor to review exam findings and discharge instructions.

3.) When its time to check out - we're happy to help you at our check out window toward the left of the front of the building.

1.) Our doctors will relay an estimated time for pick up.

2.) To check out, please locate the windows at the front/left of the building. A staff member will be stationed at the check out window under the tent to assist you. PLEASE NOTE - A mask is required. If you are medically exempt or unable to wear a mask, please let us know, so we can preform all necessary procedures over the phone and/or computer.

3.) Once discharge is complete, we will bring your pet out to you.

4.) If you are not comfortable standing outside in line, we are happy to take payment over the phone. Just let us know you require this method of check out.
