Before Your First Visit

We want your first visit to be smooth and stress-free, so here are a few
things to keep in mind before arriving to our hospital:

  1. Request Records

    Request any previous medical records from your former veterinary clinic and email them directly to our hospital.

  2. Make Notes

    Jot down any questions or
    concerns you have about your pet’s behavior, health, or habits—we’re all ears!

  3. Complete Form

    Complete our New Client Information Form online to save time at check-in.

Your First Visit

What to Expect

When you arrive, we’ll greet you and your pet with a warm welcome—and probably a few treats, too. Our team will guide you through each step so you always know what’s happening and why.

Your veterinarian will review your pet’s history, listen to your concerns, and perform a thorough nose-to-tail exam. From there, we’ll create a personalized care plan based on your pet’s age, lifestyle, and needs—whether that includes vaccines, bloodwork, diagnostics, or just a game plan for the future.

Here’s what you’ll want to bring along:

  • Your pet, on a leash or in a carrier.
  • Any previous medical or vaccination records, if not previously sent to our hospital email.
  • A list of questions or topics you’d like to discuss.
  • A recent stool sample, if previously requested.

We’ll make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable throughout the visit. And if they need a little extra love or patience? We’re more than happy to provide it.
